1. Eligibility to Post an Ad If you post an advertisement to WisconsinForRent.com you warrant that:

Duration, Limits, Renewals, and Termination of Member Accounts and Listings a) DURATION Your Annual Member Account will remain on WisconsinForRent.com for up to 1 year, or until you request, via an email from the email address included in your Annual Member Account signup form, that you would like us to terminate it. b) LIMITS You may post up to 5 listings in any Annual Member Account plan. All 5 may be running at any time. If you need more listings, contact us for volume pricing. c) RENEWALS If your account is the "Bronze Annual Member Account: 1 Picture per listing." account type, your account will annually automatically renew for another year provided we have not converted this option to a fee-based option. In the event we converted this option to a fee-based option, we will notify you within 30 days of the end of your annual term, and you will have the option to convert or terminate. For the "Silver Annual Member Account: 12 Pictures." and "Gold Annual Member Account: 12 Pictures plus one of our yard signs." account types, we will notify you within 30 days of the end of your annual term, and you will have the option to renew for the applicable fee at that time, switch to any other account type that is available at that time for the applicable fee (if any), or terminate. d) TERMINATION We reserve the right to deactivate or terminate any Annual Member Account or listing for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with these Terms of Service. In the event your account or listing(s) is terminated for reasons other than failure to comply with these Terms of Service, we will refund a pro-rata portion of your Annual Member Account fee to you. You may terminate your account at any time for any reason by sending us an email from the email address included in your Annual Member Account signup form, indicating that you would like us to terminate it. You may also terminate your account by failing to renew when a renewal fee is due but not paid within 7 days of the due date. No refunds are available for customer initiated terminations. 4. Access To Your Annual Member Account and listings When you create your account and place your first listing, you are given the opportunity to choose a user ID and password, so that you may maintain your Annual Member Account and listings online at your convenience. For security purposes, YOU AGREE TO CHOOSE A USERID AND PASSWORD THAT ARE UNIQUE TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE. For security purposes, all requests for reissuance of a lost password, and all contacts regarding your Annual Member Account and listings in general, must be initiated through an email from the email address provided by you during your Annual Member Account signup. 5. Contact Information Contact information in listings is solely for the purpose of contacting the listing party with questions directly related to the features, availability, etc. of the rental property advertised for rent. Any other use of contact information provided through the web site, including commercial solicitation, is strictly prohibited. The email address you provide during account sign-up is not released through the web site. However, we do provide a "Contact Owner" link which allows inquiries to be posted through our web server, which in turn generates an email to you through the email address you provided. If you do not want the "Contact Owner" link, you must advise us in email and we will remove the link from your listing(s). 6. Disclosure of Information WisconsinForRent.com reserves the right at all times to disclose any information necessary to satisfy any applicable request from governmental and/or law enforcement agencies concerning your use of WisconsinForRent.com. 7. Not an Agent WisconsinForRent.com is a service for Individuals or Businesses to advertise their property for rent, and for renters to shop. We are not involved in any transaction between any party who uses our service. We have no control over the parties who use this service, nor the goods and/or services they might sell, buy, lease, or rent. We are not responsible for whether or not involved parties complete a transaction. We are not an agent or agency of any party using this service. 8. Not an Attorney Neither WisconsinForRent.com nor Datamax, Inc. are attorneys at law. If you have any questions regarding advertising items, or the renting of items, advertised on this site, please consult with an attorney. 9. Signage Signage becomes property of customer upon acceptance of delivery. 10. Data mining / harvesting Information exposed through WisconsinForRent.com is strictly for the consumption of the general public for the purpose of locating rental properties for habitation purposes, for general browsing purposes, and for property owners/managers to browse or post new accounts and/or listings. Any use of the web site for data mining or harvesting of the content herein, whether done through manual or automated means, except by bonified search engines, is strictly prohibited. 11. Disclaimer of Warranty, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification ALL MATERIALS AND INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS SITE (THE "CONTENT") ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" FOR YOUR USE. Disclaimer of Endorsement Reference herein to any specific rental property or owner/manager does not constitute or imply its endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by WisconsinForRent.com. 13. Disclaimer for External Links WisconsinForRent.com is not responsible for the contents of any external pages linked to from WisconsinForRent.com. 14. Disclaimer of Duty to Continue Provision of Data Due to the constantly changing nature of the Internet, services that are free and publicly available at one time may require a fee at a later time, and the location of items may change as WisconsinForRent.com may be reorganized from time to time. You expressly agree that use of WisconsinForRent.com is at your sole risk. WisconsinForRent.com does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. WisconsinForRent.com could contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. WisconsinForRent.com may make improvements and/or changes in its information and/or Annual Member Account plan offerings at any time. In the event of changes in Annual Member Account plan offerings, current customers of WisconsinForRent.com will retain their existing plan terms for the duration of their one year account, and WisconsinForRent.com will notify customer with 30 days of the end of their one year account of any upcoming changes in Annual Member Account plan offerings. 15. Entire Agreement / Governing Body This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WisconsinForRent.com. If any part of these Terms of Service is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Use of WisconsinForRent.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. The laws of the State of Wisconsin shall apply to all uses of WisconsinForRent.com. By use of WisconsinForRent.com and any data contained therein, you agree that such use shall conform to all applicable laws and regulations and you shall not violate the rights of any third parties. |
